Legal battle between Google and Apple ends - WEAR

The legal battle between Google and Apple is over.
The two Silicon Valley titans issued a joint statement Friday saying all current lawsuits between them are dismissed.
The fight began four years ago when Google's Motorola unity sued Apple, claiming patent infringement.
Since then there were nearly two-dozen suits and counter-suits.
During the legal standoffs, Google tried to prevent Apple from selling the i-phone.
Apple, meanwhile, said some of Google's software was taken from the i-phone's system.
The two companies said, despite their tattered history, they will join forces in regards to patent reform.Legal battle between Google and Apple ends
