Xiaomi Mi 4i to be launched in India at 4PM - Watch live streaming online - India.com
The much awaited launch of Xiaomi Mi 4i to going to be held at the Siri Fort Auditorium in Delhi today. After all the teaser images saying âi is comingâ, Xiaomi will see its 'Global Mi phone premiere' at 4 pm. The live streaming of the launch will be aired globally and tech enthusiasts can watch the event online here. The event will see all the Xioami's top heads including Xiaomi CEO and Founder, Lei Jun, President and Co-founder Bin Lin and VP International, Hugo Barra.

According to reports, the upcoming phone has a lot in resemblance with the Mi 4 with some additions and changes. Anroidheadlines had leaked the images, in which one side of the phone is visible with front camera and the logo of Mi on top. In the images, compared to Mi 4, the Mi 4i looks slimmer with sensors embedded in the front. An unofficial page of the Xioami Mi 4i says that the phone is priced as low as Rs 10,000.

Expected Specifications
Though actual specification will be known only during the launch, expectations are that it houses a 1.65 GHz Snapdragon 615 octa-core 64-bit processor with a 2GB RAM. It may also have the latest Android 5.0.2 Lollipop Operating System. Their latest launch comes after they beat Alibabaâs Guinness World Record for maximum phones sold online in a day. Xiaomi had sold over 2.11 million phones in India, garnering total sales revenue of 2.08 billion Yuan in the Mi Fan Festival. Xiaomi's growth in the Indian market is commendable. When the Chinese smartphone manufacturer arrived in India, there were perhaps a handful who thought Chinese phones could pose a threat to seasoned smartphone makers like Samsung and Apple.
Xiaomi had an exclusive tie-up with Flipkart for their affordable smart phones which sold out like hot cakes till April 8. However, now they have announced the sale of their phones on e-commerce websites like Amazon and Snapdeal. Their smartphones are also available across 800 The Mobile Store outlets in India.
