4.50 pm: HDR mode is getting some new tweaks and more automated function, which Barra says will improve your photography on the new Mi 4i. We're still waiting for what is unique in this smartphone, because if you've attended a Xiaomi event, you've heard all of this before.

4.48 pm: Hugo Barra takes a group selfie, in what is a pretty crowded venue.

4.42 pm:: Sony/Samsung 13 megapixel camera with a two-tone flash. According to Hugo Barra, this is the same technology on the Xiaomi Note. Also the torch feature is part of the camera. It has a 5 megapixel front camera with 80-degree wide angle. This is less that the regular Mi 4 which has an 8 megapixel front camera. So that's a disappointing downgrade. Oh and there's a selfie-timer.
