Android users can now send directions, notes via Google search - Times of India

WASHINGTON: Google has rolled out a new feature wherein users can easily send directions, notes, reminders and more directly from Google search on the desktop to their Android phones.

According to the Verge, if the Android device is updated and has the right settings enabled, users can simply type "send a note to my phone" or "send directions to my phone" directly into the search bar.

Google then sends the information to the phone as a notification.

Along with directions and notes, you can also send reminders, set an alarm, or instantly find the location of your phone directly from the Google search bar on your desktop.
