CDMA variant of Moto G now available in India for Rs 13490 - Gigjets

The CDMA variant of the popular Motorola Moto G is now for sale in India and has been priced at Rs 13,490. Reliance Communications is selling the CDMA variant of the Moto G and it is available with a Zero Plan EMI scheme, this is the same scheme which was first introduced with at the Apple iPhone 5S where the customer can pay for the device with EMI.

In the Zero Plan EMI scheme the customer will be able to buy the Moto G from RCom by paying Rs 2,105 every month and will also get additional unlimited local and STD voice calls, 3,000 free SMS and unlimited 3G data with no cap every month.

The CDMA Moto G has the same specifications as the GSM Moto G. It sports dual-SIM connectivity, has a 4.5-inch 720p resolution display, is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and comes with 1GB of RAM.

It also features a 5 megapixel rear camera, a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 8GB of built0in storage capacity and a 2,070 mAh battery. It will come pre-loaded with Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat and has nano-coating making the surface of the smartphone water repellant.

The 8GB version of the CDMA Moto G only costs Rs 1,000 more than its GSM variant and the 16GB version for the CDMA Moto G may not be an option for the customer.
