Force Motors launches Force One - indiablooms

The SUVs were launched by Sanjay Patrikar, General Manager of Force Motors along with Chanchal Kumar Dey, Kolkata dealer of force Motors.

The 4*2 Force One SX comes with advanced safety features of Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) along with high end, new age convenience features like driver information system, progressive cruise control, steering mounted audio controls, electrically operated OSRVM with side indicators, reverse parking sensors and plush leather seats.

Patrikar said, "We entered the personal vehicle centre in 2011, August. It was supported by an exclusive network across the country by sales and country."

"Force Motors made 38,000 engines to Mercedes Benz India Limited. While strengthening our domestic presence, we are also expanding the international market by providing customers and country specific models in Latin America, Middle East, South Asia and African continent as well," he said.

"We sold around 200 vehicles in the market. The prestigious customers have appreciated Force One. We are proud to announce that today we are launching Force One EX for the executive Class, Force One SX, for the superior Class. In coming month we will launch the LX version which is the luxury version," he added.

When asked about the response and the sale of Force One, Patrikar said, "The booking has already started. Customers can have
test drives. The sale will start from 16th of August. The response that we have got is very good."

The Force One SX's entire electronics have been audited and validated by Mercedes Benz Technologies, Germany.

The ride and handling have been fine tuned by Lotus Engineering UK.

On the other hand, Force One EX is targeted specifically at the "value minded customers" in the Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns.

It is powered by the proven 82 Ps Mercedes OM616 derived TCIC DI Engine which is mated to the trustworthy Mercedes G1-18 derived 5 speed synchromesh gear box.

Force One SX is priced at Rs 12.22 lakhs in ex Showrooms of Kolkata, while Force One Ex is priced at 8.99 lakhs in ex Showroom Pan India.
